What we collect

When you apply, we collect what you give us: your resume, contact details, work history, education, links, work-authorization answers, and your answers to role questions.

How we use it

• Only to evaluate your application and run our hiring process.
• Resume reading uses AI to prefill your form. You review and confirm every field before submitting; the parsed draft is never the final record.
• We never sell applicant data.

Storage and retention

Applications are stored securely with access limited to the hiring team. We keep applications for a limited period after a role closes, then delete them.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to careers@stele.health. California applicants have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; see the notice at collection.
